Snow-white terraces resembling frozen waterfalls, healing springs and ruins of an ancient city - Pamukkale seems like a place from a fairy tale. Here nature and history are so closely intertwined that each step leads not only to the past, but also to a miracle.
I will take you around this amazing place, reveal its secrets and help you feel the magic of thermal waters, which the Romans admired.
What awaits you V Pamukkale
Travertines - a snow-white miracle of nature
You will walk barefoot on crystal terraces created by mineral waters over thousands of years. You will learn why they look like cotton, how these natural pools are formed and why their water is considered healing.

Ancient Hierapolis - a city on thermal springs
We will explore the ruins of an ancient resort where the Romans were treated and relaxed. You will see:
- Amphitheater with amazing acoustics,
- Necropolis - one of the largest in Turkey,
- Antique baths, where the patricians once bathed,
- Temple of Apollo And Plutonium - a mysterious sanctuary, considered to be the gateway to the underworld.

Cleopatra's Pool
According to legend, the Egyptian queen herself rejuvenated herself in these waters. If you want, you can also swim in this pool among the ancient columns, feeling the power of the thermal springs.

Views that will remain in your memory
From the top of the travertines, a stunning panorama of the valley opens up. I will show you the best spots for photos and tell you how Pamukkale changes at different times of the year.

Reviews - Pamukkale: Cotton Castle and Ancient Baths
This is our second trip with Farida, and she made us happy again. On the way we learned a lot about the inhabitants of Turkey. We looked at the ancient city of Hierapolis, learned a lot about the history of these places, went to the archaeological museum. Walked along the terraces of Pamuk Kale. Farida took care of our comfort, and when our children went to the wrong place, she found out where to drive the car to pick them up and everyone was happy. The trip and a wonderful lunch at a local family restaurant will be remembered for a long time. We thank our guide.
This year we discovered the Aegean region in Turkey - and we are very excited! Farida helped us with this - an invaluable travel companion and an interesting storyteller. Many people go to Kusadasi for one thing - to see Ephesus.
We had planned it that way too, but we immediately realized that we would not limit ourselves to ancient Greek ruins alone - in this European part of Turkey, rich in history, there is much to see - the regional capital Izmir, and the wonderful Milli Park, and Pamukkale with ancient Hieropolis. It is such a multi-layered pie that, once you taste it, you will want more and more.
These were comfortable and unforgettable trips, very informative and interesting. On our next visit to Kusadasi we will definitely contact Farida for new impressions.
Hello, I would like to express my deep gratitude to our guide Feride, we have been visiting Turkey for several years, but only you, with your knowledge, have revealed the history and sights of this beautiful country in full.
We saw Ephesus in a new way, made a pilgrimage to the house of the Virgin Mary, visited the Basilica of St. John, learned many interesting things, walked along the white travertines of Pamukkale, swam in Cleopatra's pool, learned many myths and traditions of this country, thank you very much, we will definitely come back and visit Ephesus with you again, and all the places that we did not have time to visit.
We had a great time communicating with Farida. Thanks to her wonderful art of guiding, we enriched our knowledge of the history of Turkey and the peoples who inhabited this country rich in history. We saw the beauty of the travertines of Pamukkale and the excavations of ancient cities, heard an informative story about the history, architecture and life in the amazing country of Turkey, saw much more than we planned, including the works of unique masters of pottery, jewelry art, saw the process and results of carpet weaving and ceramics.
Farida solved all the issues on the go, helped with the transfer, exchange of tickets. During these two wonderful days we did not know the hassle with food or transport, only enjoyed everything we saw. Farida is the best guide!!
